The shadow under the tree started to twist
Extended into the well
A cold separation
No way for the tree to be away from its shadow
Just like the sky in the summer night
No way to be without the sparkling
Stars
The leaves swirling, flying
Up and down, looking for the way to go home
The shadow, no way to be away from the tree
Heard the whispers of the approaching leaves
